Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms apply to your use of the Fun4Two Australia website and to any event booking or host application made through it. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

Our events and roles are strictly for people aged 18 years and over. By booking an event or submitting an application you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate. We may ask for photo identification at the door and may refuse entry where age or identity cannot be verified.

3. Bookings and tickets

• A booking is confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation. Guest numbers at each event are limited.
• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Tickets are issued to the named guests and are not transferable without our written agreement.
• Event details — including venue, timing, theme and inclusions — may change. We will notify booked guests of material changes as early as we reasonably can.

4. Cancellations and refunds

If you cancel more than 14 days before an event, you may transfer your booking to another Fun4Two event within 6 months. Cancellations inside 14 days are generally non-refundable, as venue and supplier costs are committed by then.

If we cancel an event, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to another event. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies for services not supplied with due care and skill.

5. Conduct at events

Our events run on mutual respect. All guests are expected to:

• Treat other guests, hosts and venue staff courteously at all times.
• Respect personal boundaries. Consent is required for any interaction, and “no” is final.
• Observe the stated dress code for the evening.
• Respect the privacy of other guests. Photography and recording are not permitted unless expressly authorised by us.
• Follow the directions of Fun4Two hosts and venue management, including responsible service of alcohol requirements.

We may refuse entry to, or remove, any guest who breaches these expectations. No refund is payable in that case.

6. Privacy and discretion

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Guests must not disclose the identity of other attendees or share images of them without their explicit permission.

7. Host applications

Submitting an application does not create an offer of engagement or employment. Successful applicants will be engaged under a separate written agreement, and engagement is subject to the checks and eligibility requirements set out in that agreement.

8. Website content and intellectual property

All text, branding and design on this site are owned by Fun4Two Australia or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission. Photography on this site is licensed via Unsplash and is illustrative only; it does not depict actual Fun4Two events, guests or staff.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or attendance at an event. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of resupply. Guests attend events at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
