1. Who we are
Fun4Two Australia (“Fun4Two”, “we”, “us”) curates social experiences and private events for couples in Sydney, New South Wales. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
2. Information we collect
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary for our activities:
- Enquiry and booking details — name, email address, phone number, and any message you send us.
- Host applications — name, contact details, role of interest, work experience, eligibility confirmation, and any resume or video introduction you choose to attach.
- Technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools.
- Advertising identifiers — where you arrive via an advertisement, our advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure campaign performance.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. All our events and roles are strictly 18+.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and manage event bookings and guest lists.
- To assess and progress applications to join our host team.
- To send you event updates where you have asked to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To measure and improve the performance of our website and advertising.
- To meet our legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function; others help us understand how the site is used and measure the results of our advertising campaigns.
Advertising partners
We may use advertising and measurement tools provided by third parties, including Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) and Google. These tools may set cookies that allow those platforms to measure conversions and show you relevant advertising on their services. Where such a tool is active, information such as your IP address, browser identifiers and the pages you viewed may be shared with the platform, which processes it under its own privacy policy:
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
- You can manage advertising preferences in your Meta ad preferences and via Google Ads Settings.
- You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating providers at Your Online Choices Australia.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell your personal information. We disclose it only to:
- Service providers who help us operate — website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and analytics — bound to use it only for those purposes.
- Venue partners, limited to what is needed to run a booked event (for example, a guest name on a reservation list).
- Advertising platforms, as described in section 4.
- Law enforcement or regulators where we are legally required to do so.
Some providers store data outside Australia (including in the United States and the European Union). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles your information consistently with the APPs.
6. Storage and security
Personal information is held on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While no online service can be guaranteed completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations. Unsuccessful host applications are retained for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future opportunities, unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
8. Accessing, correcting or deleting your information
You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in section 10. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee to make a request.
9. Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first and we will investigate. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision, and the current version will always be available at this URL.
Note for the site owner: this policy is a working template. Before running paid traffic, replace the placeholder contact addresses with your real ones, add your registered business name and ABN, and confirm which analytics and advertising tools are actually installed so sections 4 and 5 match reality. Have it reviewed by a qualified adviser.
